For example, for a Youth Development project submitted by Post 588 on June 6, 2005, the report number would be 588YD060605. The report number for a Veterans Service project submitted by Post 1650 on July 10, 2005, woulc be 1650VS071005

In order to be counted for All State Awards the project must be verified

Verification of a project must be sent separately. You may email from your regular email program to your District Community Activities Chairman and include the verification (picture, receipt, letter of thanks, etc.) as an attachment. When emailing the verification, use the report number as subject line of the verification.

Verification may also be sent by regular mail to your District Community Service Chairman. Look in the Department Roster Book for the mailing address.
